Even though Falcom has been a strong supporter of PSP and PlayStation Vita, their roots are in PC development. In North America, a couple of Falcom’s titles are available on Steam. While Steam is available in Japan and there are other digital services like Playism, most of their PC games are sold in stores.

 

Falcom announced the will re-release Ys Origin, Ys I&II Chronicle, Ys: The Oath in Felghana, and Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim for Windows 8 on March 22. Each game will cost 3,990 yen ($44).
